This role serves as the senior executive owner of OpenAI's flagship Accenture alliance, responsible for leading global enterprise partnerships and scaling multi-year AI transformations across the enterprise market. Key responsibilities include managing alliance P&L, directing resource allocation, governing Accenture's access to OpenAI benefits, and driving co-selling of complex enterprise AI opportunities.

This role leads the development and negotiation of strategic partnerships for Databricks, building relationships with key decision makers while collaborating across product, engineering, sales, finance, and marketing teams. Key skills include business development, partnership management, commercial negotiation, strategic planning, and data-driven analysis.

Leads data science and engineering teams to build a data-centric culture, design unified data models, and drive technical excellence across the organization. Requires expertise in data engineering, machine learning infrastructure, data governance, AWS, and compliance with strong leadership capabilities.

This role owns the global deal desk function end-to-end, designing and enforcing deal approval frameworks, pricing guardrails, and scalable workflows across all sales segments and geographies. The position requires strategic judgment to balance revenue acceleration with risk management while partnering across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams.

As a Field CTO, you'll engage with senior technical leaders at enterprise companies to help them navigate AI adoption in software development, acting as a trusted peer to CTOs and VP Engineering on strategic deals. You'll lead high-level technical conversations, frame AI maturity narratives, and partner across Sales, Field Engineering, and Product teams to influence adoption strategy.
